These Terms of Service govern your use of the Open Mind Ledger platform operated by Uncle Sam Tax Rescue LLC dba Open Mind Archives.

Open Mind Ledger is a financial dashboard and reporting platform that integrates with QuickBooks Online to provide accounting professionals and their clients with enhanced financial insights, budgeting tools, tax planning features, and AI-powered analysis.

3. Account Registration

To use Open Mind Ledger, you must:

• Create an account with accurate, complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years of age

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. QuickBooks Online Integration

Our service requires connection to your QuickBooks Online account. By connecting your account, you:

• Authorize us to access your financial data through the Intuit API
• Confirm you have the right to grant such access
• Acknowledge that we will store certain data to provide our services

We access your data in read-only mode for reporting purposes. We do not make changes to your QuickBooks data without your explicit consent.

5. Subscription and Billing

Our service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Free Trial

We offer a 5-day free trial with access to all features and 1 QBO connection. No payment information is required to start the trial. The trial converts to a paid subscription only when you explicitly subscribe.

7. AI-Powered Features

Some features use artificial intelligence to provide insights and analysis. You understand that:

• AI-generated content is for informational purposes only
• AI analysis should not replace professional accounting or tax advice
• You should verify AI-generated information before making decisions
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
