This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on Open Mind Ledger subscriptions and services.

1. Free Trial

• Duration: 5 days from account creation
• Access: Full feature access with 1 QBO connection
• Payment Required: No payment information required to start
• Conversion: Subscription activates only when you explicitly subscribe

2. Refund Eligibility

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Professional services or consulting already performed
• Accounts terminated for policy violations
• Third-party charges (QuickBooks fees, payment processing fees)
• Refund requests submitted after the eligibility window

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email billing@openmindledger.com with:

• Your registered email address
• Subscription tier and billing date
• Reason for the refund request

Processing Time

5. Cancellation

Canceling your subscription:

• Stops future automatic charges
• Maintains access until end of current billing period
• Does not automatically trigger a refund

6. Special Circumstances

We may provide credits or refunds for:

• Service outages: Outages exceeding 24 consecutive hours
• Billing errors: Full refund within 3 business days
