9. Multi-Entity Consolidation
The Consolidation module combines several companies into a single group view — the CFO-level dashboard for businesses that own multiple entities. Open it from Modules → Consolidation.
- Group list URL:
/a/<team-slug>/consolidation/groups/ - Requires the Consolidation module (offered as a premium add-on). Available to 👁️ Members (view) and 👤 Admins (set up & configure).
Consolidation works entirely from your already-synced financial data using deterministic, rule-based math. Eliminations and mappings are explicit, reviewable steps — nothing is guessed or auto-generated behind the scenes.
9.1 Set up a group 👤 Admin
- From the group list, click New group (
/consolidation/groups/new/). -
In Entities (
/consolidation/<group>/entities/), add the member companies (each is an existing connected Team). -
In Group Chart of Accounts (
/consolidation/<group>/coa/), define the unified chart the group reports on. -
For each entity, open Mapping (
/consolidation/<group>/mapping/<entity>/) and map that company's accounts to the group chart. You can save and reuse mapping templates.
Mapping is a manual, explicit step — you decide how each entity's accounts roll up.
9.2 Periods & reviews 👤 Admin
Consolidation is organized by accounting period:
- Create periods under Periods (
/consolidation/<group>/periods/). -
Intercompany (IC) review (
/consolidation/<group>/periods/<id>/ic-review/) — review transactions between group companies. -
Elimination review (
.../eliminations/) — confirm the intercompany eliminations applied for the period. -
An audit log (
/consolidation/<group>/audit-log/) records changes for transparency, and can be exported to CSV.

Shared filters let you scope views by period and other dimensions.
- TV mode (
/consolidation/<group>/tv/) gives a boardroom display of the group. - CSV and PDF exports are available throughout for sharing with stakeholders.
